Barre It All Fitness is a women-focused boutique barre studio in the Beverly neighborhood - offering motivating, low-impact workouts designed to strengthen, sculpt, and energize your body. Our variety classes led by our dedicated instructors combine precise barre movements with functional strength and mindful flow to deliver powerful results. More than a workout, Barre It All Fitness is a supportive, tight nit community where women come together to move with purpose, build confidence, and feel strong—designed for all fitness levels and ages, our instructors carefully curate each of our classes to offer something for everyone! I became a member right out of college and have been consistently going for about 2 years. I use barre as my space to clear my head and focus on me. When I was in college I was an athlete so I constantly had my body moving, barre is the place where I do that now. My favorite class is barre pulse because I really like the aspect of working my core and seat the most. My favorite thing about barre is how many classes are offered and how flexible it is. Easiest sentence to write. The place that changed my life! Coming out of my first postpartum fog thanks to my sister-in-law who wanted to try something new. Everyone was so warm and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The way everyone celebrates you and cheers you in each morning is what keeps me coming back.
