HIIT and Flow
This 50 minutes class takes you through 25 minutes of high intensity interval training meta inspired cardio moves, 15 minutes of strength training, and 10 minutes of deep stretching. A perfect way to end or start your day strong and balanced!
Tabata Torch and Tone
Torch calories and tone your body in this full body cardio and strength training class! This class takes you through HIIT moves (high intensity interval training) followed by segments of strength training for your abs and seat that will keep your body guessing the entire time. Bring a towel and be prepared to sweat! (50 minutes)
This class will take you through a combination of intense cardio kickboxing, and high intensity cardio moves with intermittent strength sessions for your seat and abs. You will leave sweaty, pumped, and ready to take on your day! (50 minutes)
Torch calories and leave class feeling sweaty and ready to enjoy your day! This boot camp consists of HIIT (high intensity interval training) with intermittent strength sections for your thighs and arms giving you a full body workout (50 minutes)
Less is more in this 40 minute express class. Improve your cardiovascular capacity and burn an intense amount of calories long after your workout with this afterburner effect! Clients will push themselves through 30 minutes of controlled-intensity weight training and athletic cardio drills. Challenge yourself by combining such movements as lunges with biceps curls, squat jumps with rows, sprints, and other strengthening exercises that will leave you breathless shocking your body in a good way! Work hard, play harder.

Sweat, Work, Accelerate, and GO in this fast paced dance inspired HIIT class! Get ready to burn calories as you WORK your way through 20 minutes of cardio followed by 25 minutes of targeted work for your abs, arms, and thighs. (50 minutes)
A short 30 minute intense interval workout designed to help you BURN out and push past your limits! Designed around interval training, circuits consist of 6 minute blocks where you push yourself past your own limits, take breaks as needed, and do it all over again! Clients can expect to see a mix of plyometrics, cardio, bodyweight exercises, lifting, core work, and much more. The class is different every time leaving your body constantly guesing and wanting more!
Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement,” and Vinyasa yoga is a series of poses that the power of inhaling and exhaling will move you through. In this class you will flow from posture to posture which will warm and strengthen your muscles, while the restorative aspect of the class allows you to cool down and stretch in a grounded and mindful way. Postures will align, center, strengthen, and open the body. A strong emphasis on meditation at the end of class makes this the perfect class to start or finish your day strong. Ignite the agni, fire, within your body in this fluid, dynamic class all set to great music! (50-60 minutes)
Sculpt your body and clear your mind in this level 2 vinyasa class! This class takes you through a Sun A and Sun B flow and combines strength training sections targeting your thighs, arms, seat, and abs. (50 minutes)
Unwind and stretch it all out during this stretch and flow express class! Building on the foundations of a traditional yoga practice, this class is more of a flowing style where movement is synchronized with the breath with a deep focus on stretching and balance for maximum recovery. (50 minutes)
